Have you ever heard someone say, “If it’s fried, it’s tried.  If it’s boiled, it’s spoiled.”  I saw a recent article that listed the “Top 10 Deep-Fried Foods at 2010 State Fairs”.  Featured in the “top 10” are:

1.        Hash Brown Hot Dog (San Diego County Fair)

2.        Deep Fried Klondike Bar (San Diego County Fair)

3.        Corn Dog Pizza (Minnesota State Fair)

4.        Fried Beer (Texas State Fair)

5.        Deep-Fried Cheesesteak on a Stick (Wisconsin State Fair)

6.      Deep-Fried Cheddar Bacon Mashed Potatoes (Minnesota State Fair)

7.        Deep-Fried Frito Pie (Texas State Fair)

8.        Sweet Potato Dog (San Diego County Fair)

9.        Garbage Burger (Indiana State Fair)

10.     Chocolate Tornado Potato (Minnesota State Fair)
